Orders received before 4PM are usually packed and shipped from Sweden within 1-3 business days from our warehouse, if the goods are in stock. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified by email and and what options are available. Note that if your order is placed on a holiday, the next 1-3 working days/weekdays will count. We use Postnord's First Class Mail to deliver your order both domestic and internationally. Normal domestic delivery time (after packing days) is 1-2 days. Delivery time for international orders may differ depending on the country and postal system in the country. We have developed test packages so that you can easily test your shade at home. Then choose the shade that is closest to your own skin tone. Our foundation uses pigments that utilize your underlying skin tone to provide a smooth surface. You will find test packages under the category foundation.
IS SMASHIT COSMETICS PRODUCTS VEGAN FRIENDLY?
Yes all Smashit Cosmetics products is vegan friendly and not tested on animals. Ingredients are either organic or synthetic.
WHEN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM, THERE ARE TWO TRANSACTIONS ON MY CREDIT CARD. CAN YOU EXPLAIN?
When an exchange is requested and approved, it is completed in two steps.
1) A credit is issued for the item(s) returned.
2) A new order is processed for the item(s) requested in exchange.
Two transactions will be posted to your account: a credit for the returned item(s) and one charge for the item(s) requested in exchange. While both transactions are processed in our systems at the same time, please note that the issuing bank/credit card company may take up to 10 business days to post the credit back to your account.
