This policy applies to all purchases and all customers no matter if inside or outside EU. We made it easy to return!
- You can return products for any reasons up to 14 days after receiving your order.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
- Nevertheless, returns cannot be carried out for the following items: make-up, underwear or other hygiene products, (supported by the Swedish Distance contract law 2005:59 and EU consumer Law).

- If your refund is accepted you will receive an address to our warehouse where you will send the goods, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
- Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 5 work days. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done.
- Returns that have not been approved by us will not be refunded or handled. At an approved charge back, we will refund the amount of the purchase within 30 days. Do not send us any goods before the return is approved by email.
- If the goods are damaged when delivered you can send them back for free and get a full refund.
- If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. For information on how to return your order contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item/s will be sent back to you as paid by the company.
- The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage. Normal First Class mail is accepted as return. For your safety (but not necessary) send as traceable recommended (REK). For return address contact us at email@example.com.
